What qualifies as a FAULT or DEFECT?

✅ Accepted for full refund:

• Broken/loose stitching or seams
• Holes, tears, or rips in fabric
• Color bleeding, fading, or discoloration
• Printing or embroidery errors
• Stains or marks from manufacturing
• Zippers/buttons that don't work
• Wrong product or size shipped by us
• Fabric quality below Sadaf Khalid standards

❌ Not covered (normal wear)

•  Pilling after washing
  
• Fading after multiple washes
  
• Shrinkage (follow care instructions)
• Normal wear and tear

How to claim

1. Take photos of the defect (clear, close-up)
2. Message us on WhatsApp with photos + order number
3. We'll approve within 24 hours
4. Send it back (free shipping for faults)
5. Refund processed within 5-7 days
